It's a very user-friendly software that helps you be more efficient in your day-to-day job and has a unique transition across all modules that allows you to keep track of your progress.

It has nothing to dislike about it. It's an excellent product.

**What problems is edge CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me keep track of my leads on a daily or monthly basis, segregates all of my changes, and sends me notifications to work on according to deadlines.

2) It is tool remind us time to time. 
3) Very systematic

It is one of the modern CRM available in market with new enhanced features such as Lead Generation, Sales and Marketing, opportunity, Contacts, Customer Service, Reports and Dashboards etc.
It is present in both Web and Mobile applications. 
It gives the capability of storing data over on premise and cloud 
You get embellished Reports and Dashboards

Costly as compared to other CRMs available
Many Modules missing such as Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence
Sales modules should be enhanced for relationship Managers
The cost of implementation should be decreased and free version to be available to ens users for testing
Security to be enhanced
Mailbox functionality to be enhanced as it should cater to large number of users also.

**What do you like best about edge CRM?**

CRM is the platform for sales teams to manage customer interactions. It is the most critical aspect of any business. I like the way Oracle CRM handles queries and requirements. It helps customers to get better deals and discounts. Many times we had meetings with Oracle about the budget, and they helped us to minimize our expenses and get the desired service.

**What do you dislike about edge CRM?**

During the high severity issues when we need the Oracle technical support, the delay occurred in getting the acknowledgment of incident manager and engineer alignment. Of course, this is a rare case, but yes, it is.

In the costing part, yes we got good deals of services and support.

I feel pricing should be more competitive. If there are lots of user then they should provide offer. AI working behind doesn't always works best.

It is a newly created CRM tool with updated features. Available for mobile, web, and desktop.
You can store data on the cloud also.
Create Dashboard and chart for sales management.

It is costly in my point of view. Many features not available that is available on other CRM tools like NLP AI.
The mailing feature is not there.
Other than this, no negative point.

Customer relationship management has become an easy thing for us after Edge CRM and we have found it a very flexible CRM solution and it fitted so well according to our business requirements. We are now better able to transform strategies for our business with the help of analysis of sales, it provides. We really admire the clarity and simplicity of this product and its notifications helped us in keeping ourselves up to date. After it, we have witnessed a better relation and coordination among our team, and with it, our planning strategy has also refined.

Although it has all the necessary features in it we think it lacks many options for integration undoubtedly it provides integration with ERP and outlook but there should be more as this will make it more amazing.

We have never seen any CRM software as easy to use and feature-rich as Edge CRM. With its variety of features, our business has been upgraded. its notification sending feature helped us a lot similarly with its sales analysis we can now make more efficient strategies for our business. - We can take complete review meeting of sales team from system directly

- Less options for integrations with other system. Though system has integration with gmail, outlook, ERP Next and much more integrations

If you want to make implementation successful then go for Edge CRM. Their implementation has a very strong knowledge of CRM and sales process and their guidance and efforts make implementation successful.

I like simplicity of this product. I have used many CRM but, edge CRM is something I would love to use daily. It's notifications (they called it as feeds) are really nice. It helps me to clear my clutter.

**What do you dislike about edge CRM?**

Currently, I am in love with product so , difficult to write cons. But as a suggestion, try to bring marketing campaigns as early as possible. 

**Recommendations to others considering edge CRM:**

We evaluated trial from edge CRM and their support during trial was also great. 

**What problems is edge CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. My weekly planning and minutes management has improved
2. I am now focusing on my lost business as well
