While I find EcoOnline extremely valuable, there are a few areas I feel could be improved. Navigating between different modules sometimes feels a bit slow and unintuitive, especially when I need to switch quickly between incident reports, audits, and training records. The reporting features are powerful, but generating the exact insights I need can take more time than I’d like, and customizing alerts or notifications to fit our specific workflows feels a bit limited. Additionally, loading large datasets can occasionally be sluggish, which slightly interrupts workflow. There really isn’t much to dislike about the service. The main challenge we’ve faced has been our own team’s reluctance to embrace technology. However, EcoOnline appears to be a solid entry point for moving into digital paperwork and documentation, as it requires less digital expertise than some other competitors in the field.
