The company's business practices are fraudulent. They don't honor cancelation requests. They use their 6 month requirement in their agreement to make it impossible to get the timing right. Upon a request for a cancellation, they send links to the knowledge base to forms that don't work. Only sign up with them if you can get a temporary credit card number that you can turn off, because they'll never stop charging you.

I like the quantity and quality of the info that the software gives you. Rather than just giving you the basics and just the results, it gives you lots of in-depth information.
