EazyTask Reviews & Product Details

EazyTask follows one piece of work from the first message to Done, in one product instead of five: a service desk (email, branded portal, Telegram and site forms in one queue with SLA timers), real-time kanban boards with subtasks and dependencies, task chat that each person reads in their own language, a live wiki edited together with full version history and answers drawn only from its own pages, and a shared calendar with Google Meet. Native iOS and Android apps include a two-pane layout for foldables. An MCP server and an API let AI agents such as Claude read, create and close tasks with the rights of the person who connected them, and projects can sync with Jira and Confluence. Free while your team is small; companies get a dedicated or embedded edition from $300 a month.
