We use it frequently for both live and evergreen webinars and the one single time there was a problem it was resolved within 3 hours of contact.

It is easy to set up call to actions and polls and easy to use them in both types of webinars. The analytics also show how many saw or clicked your offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration is somewhat limited, but if you are comfortable with Zapier you can easily update that.

Replay insights aren't currently captured on live webinars (not sure why?), but given they seem to be working on improving elements regularly, I'm sure that will be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so automated - it's been designed with you in mind, making setting up, design, testing, and duplicating efforts as easy as possible. There are a lot of add-ons, white labeling and custom domains are at a premium. Some reporting is still a little manual, but better than lots of competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EasyWebinar does exactly what it says on the tin; it's so easy! From setting up your webinar to customising landing pages, thank you pages and emails the platform is so intuitive. I love the built-in countdown offers and polls as well. I found my first onboarding experience so insightful and enjoyable, Yamini was a delight and explained everything really well. Easy webinar seems very user friendly! I like that once you sign up a live customer service agent calls you and walks you through all of the features. Yamini and Kuppa have been a big help in navigating my way through the platform and pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a face to face zoom convo with customer service rep Sai (saicharan - who was very helpful). The next day, I replied to his follow up email and got quick, helpful responses to new questions from Rakesh, who I really appreciated. I tried to use the chat feature. It said I would get a response in a few hours, but I never got a response. I was able to schedule a 1:1 zoom for 9:30pm that night, which was better than nothing but I wish I had received a reply (as promised by easywebinar) using the chat feature.
