EasyTheraNotes Reviews & Product Details

EasyTheraNotes is the all-in-one HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation platform built specifically for behavioral health providers — therapists, case managers, psychologists, and group therapy practices. We solve three pain points that consume hours of every clinician's week: 1. CLINICAL NOTES THAT WRITE THEMSELVES Record a session or upload audio/text, and our AI generates a complete SOAP note in under 30 seconds. Notes are tuned per specialty: Mental Health Therapy, Targeted Case Management (TCM), Psychology, PSR Group sessions, and Prior Auth. Each output uses the exact format your payer expects. 2. PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS IN 2 MINUTES Manual Prior Auths take 45-90 minutes per request — and one wrong field means rejection. EasyTheraNotes generates insurance-ready PA documents in 2 minutes, formatted exactly the way Sunshine Health, Carelon, Aetna Better Health, Molina, Humana Healthy Horizons, Florida Community Care, and CMS require. 3. PSR GROUP NOTES — ONE RECORDING, INDIVIDUAL NOTES Record a single group session and list participants. EasyTheraNotes generates personalized progress notes per patient — each focused on that participant's contribution, goals, and behavior.
