But there is a communication breakdown at many steps. We wanted a service that could send surveys to our kickstart backers and handle all shipping needs. That is what we thought we were getting; instead, I have been having to hold hands and execute this project every step of the way, which is a waste of my time and not what we wanted. Additionally, Flat Export, OrangeDS, and Passport are all so bad they should be removed from your platform. If this had just been a UPS, USPS as the only option this would have been slightly better but with the added headaches of trying to get support on missing packages from the offered couriers this whole thing has turned into a frustrating experience. Support never followed up on emails multiple times and instead just left us hanging for solutions on why Easyship was having problems. If it was only the lost parcels, poor logistics services and extremely late deliveries, I would have simply stopped using your service quietly without posting negative reviews, because I know nothing can be perfect and it is hard to start and grow a business. But after I realised (by chance, while looking at my credit card statement for something unrelated) that you charged me hundreds of dollars in the past 8 months, and you subsequently refused to refund it despite black and white emails from your team saying that you would not charge me, I realised that it was not just INCOMPETENCE but also DISHONESTY. Lost countless parcels, been systematically overcharged because of "weight discrepancies" (it became such a problem that I manually re-weighted and re-measured every single SKU, made sure all the info was right before shipping, but these dubious charges kept coming anyways), and worse still, got upgraded without my knowledge or consent to a premium account while I had been assured black on white (I have the emails to prove it) by their support team that it would not happen. Funny enough, unlike virtually ALL SAAS COMPANIES, they did not bill me for these charges, no email, no notifications, not included in the monthly billing recaps, they did not appear anywhere except my credit card statement which I randomly looked at 8 month later when hundreds of dollars had already been taken by these people. I gave them a fair chance at making it right, but 58 emails later they went from "It's not our fault at all, no refund" to "It's not our fault, but here's 50% of the amount in Easyship credit" to "Ok it's our fault but the best we can do is compensate you for the amount in Easyship credit" before finally having their head of customer service Ryan Beardsley reversing course and telling me that it was actually my fault. Save your time, money and sanity and stay away from Easyship. Try Pirateship maybe? ### 21. The management was in such a hurry to change the subscription levels without anyone noticing that they changed their pricing structure online overnight but they forgot to update their help manuals. We had 3 courier integrations and were trying change 1 of the 3 with a new agreement. So we deleted the integration and never could manage to implement the 3rd again as the company decided to change the conditions one sidedly without giving us a prior notice. This is unethical by all means. The prices we get are way better than going direct to the courier or post office and as everything is done online we can prepare everything at night for collection or drop off the next day, which works well for a home based business. The shipping prices on our store can be calculated accurately for all destinations, even providing an estimate of the taxes likely to be paid by the customer on receipt (where applicable). It also provides the option for us to set regular postage as free with courier as an upgrade. It is all almost too good to be true **What do you dislike about Easyship?** Overall the experience has been great, but we have had a few issues, and when we do have issues, the customer support is TERRIBLE. The online support tend not to understand questions asked and take a long time to reply, not giving updates along the way, and not providing answers to all issues raised. I understand that Easyship is just a way to connect to the postal services, but we have had at least two issues directly due to Easyship.
