EasyInterview Reviews & Product Details

EasyInterview is an AI interviewer for senior engineering hires. Instead of engineers spending hours on first-round screens — or async auto-graded tests that AI tools can beat — EasyInterview runs a live voice interview with a real coding editor and system-design whiteboard, calibrated to your loop's rubric. Recruiters send a single-use link; the candidate takes the interview on their own schedule, with no install. The AI interviewer asks adaptive follow-ups the way a strong engineer would, and an integrity monitor flags paste, lookup, and tool-assisted answer patterns without invasive webcam surveillance. Minutes after the session, the hiring team gets an evidence-scored verdict: per-question deductions, transcript quotes, optimal answers, a chaptered recording, and a confidence score, exportable as an ATS-ready scorecard. Key capabilities: live AI voice interviewing (not async tests), a real coding editor and system-design whiteboard in the browser, adaptive rubric-calibrated follow-ups, cheat detection for paste/lookup/AI-tool use, evidence-scored reports, full recording and searchable transcript, AI phone screens billed per connected minute, and ATS export for Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. Pricing is a prepaid wallet — usage-based, with no seats and no subscription. AI phone screens bill per connected minute at $0.49/min plus $0.49 per scored report (INR 12/min plus INR 12 per report in India), with calls under 30 seconds free. Video rounds are a flat price per round: coding $49, system design $99, resume grill $25 (coming soon). Built for engineering leaders, recruiters, and hiring teams in India and the US.
