Recruiters send a single-use link; the candidate takes the interview on their own schedule, with no install. The AI interviewer asks adaptive follow-ups the way a strong engineer would, and an integrity monitor flags paste, lookup, and tool-assisted answer patterns without invasive webcam surveillance. Minutes after the session, the hiring team gets an evidence-scored verdict: per-question deductions, transcript quotes, optimal answers, a chaptered recording, and a confidence score, exportable as an ATS-ready scorecard.
