I mainly use EasyCalendar for scheduling project discussions and review meetings. In product engineering, I often need to coordinate with design, project and supplier teams, and having the available time slots in one place makes this easier. I like the simple calendar view and reminders. The interface was easy to understand, so I did not need much time to get started. I also find the calendar sync useful because I can avoid checking different schedules before sending a meeting invite. The basic scheduling works well, but I would like more options for managing recurring engineering meetings and different meeting types. When several project activities are scheduled close together, the calendar can also become a little busy. The paid plans could be more flexible for smaller teams. Before using a dedicated scheduling tool, arranging project meetings involved several messages back and forth to find a suitable time. I use EasyCalendar to schedule design reviews, project follow-ups and discussions with other teams. The main benefit is less time spent coordinating meeting times. It also gives the team better visibility of upcoming discussions and reduces the chance of overlapping meetings. For a not-so-short while I had the pleasure of using this tool and I can say it is very much suited for small to medium-sized teams. It was extremely easy to navigate and find appointments/meetings assigned to my fellow co-workers and I can safely say that I never had any issues or inconveniences while using it or during meetings. A solid and reliable piece of software is the best thing you can hope for especially in an environment where even a minute of delay can cost you greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EasyCalendar? The limited number of people being able to access it on separate accounts made it kind of a pain since this is one of those apps that you feel are better suited for personal use. A small-sized company (especially family-owned) will have a harder time understanding the benefits of such software, leaving it mainly as a tool for trainers or recruiters to rely on, which is a shame since it's extremely useful for many of us in the telecom business. For the time I used it I found myself being able to efficiently and timely communicate with my coworkers and with potential talent thanks to it, which was something I had trouble getting done in the past. It can easily be integrated with a great variety of tools such as Hubspot, and other CRMs (I used to use it with Zoho, for example, and it was convenient), Gmail (to synchronize Google Calendar) or video calls and event management tools like Zoom or GoToMeeting. This allows you to create new contacts, and new appointments and nurture them via CRM easily. It's a good tool, even the free version, so I wouldn't say there's anything I don't like or I miss. It has many features and adds value.
