Search experience is good with correct results. Navigation feature will allow user to see the results on various attributes like price, brand, category and color.

The user who are not familiar with NLP may leads to the learing curve. complexity cause of may face the integration issue

Easy to make the decision about the search behavior, popular product and trends so that it will improve the product offering and overall shopping experience.

Easy ask is a very good platform where we can ask our queries in natural language.It also reduce the time.Customer support is also good.

**What do you dislike about EasyAsk?**

Somtimes EasyAsk take time to get familiar with natural language also it need regular maintenance and updates.

**What problems is EasyAsk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves by seraching few keyword it give the full format also through NLP we can serach product on everyday language.

I would not dislike it but I would love see if bit bugs are fixed so that we can have more realistic results

Personal information upfront just to increase signup numbers/volumes. Alternative approaches to identify real/key customers might build value over the long run

Cutting out middlemen. Getting in touch with professionals to solve an issue

Things I liked are:
-> The way it used to provide results are amazing
-> Its B2B integration service
-> Enhanced my search engine feature
-> Easy to integrate and use.

**What do you dislike about EasyAsk?**

Things that can be improved are:
-> Loading time is a bit more.
-> Data could be more filtered.
-> Can be more customization to the end-user so that received data be direct to use.

**What problems is EasyAsk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the best thing is that 3rd party is being removed. Since, no 3rd party is involved so it is very easy to get the task done in a cheaper way, and no need to pay any further commission.
