"Mail Review"

What do you like best?

This mail service is fast and I am able to use it everywhere. It also works well on iPads or Macbooks. Professionally I use these types of software, so therefore the compatibility is a must for me. I also like that my iPhone is very useful with this email. I can use this to communicate with my boss and coworkers effortlessly. I have asked others how they prefer this software and they have also given high regards to this software. Areas of high likeness include the ease of access and use across interfaces, the cost of this service and the speedy retrieving and sending of communication nationwide. What do you dislike?

I dislike that I cannot use it too well on my android phone or tablet. This service moves a little slower. Maybe there is an update that is getting ready to occur to make these features more useful. However, I do not use Android at work so this minimizes the fact that this interface may move this program a lot slower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This software is easy to install and use on the Apple interface. Windows has also been useful and easy to incorporate this email tool. Users can communicate quickly because this software allows you to send messages fast. The retrieval of emails are also really quick as well so there is a short delay, if any, between two communicating parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving the business problem of communicating with in network and out of network collaborators. Worldwide communication is a little slower than communicating in the country. I believe that if this email had enhancements or something like a chat that may make this communication more useful for me in the business setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unreliable and untrustworthy"

What do you like best?

The concept of virtual mailboxes for completing transition to digital Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Poor execution (addresses bounce mail) and constant price increases and plan downgrades (I now pay almost 10x for less service than I used to get). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I've been a customer of Earth Class Mail (ECM) for many years, but the recent more-than-doubling of their prices (from $14.95 to $29 and now to $79!) has forced me to move to another better, cheaper provider (Anytime Mailbox). The last time ECM doubled their prices (in 2017, shortly after their bankruptcy) they committed in writing that us loyal customers would enjoy a "lifetime credit for an extra address" and should accept the change on the basis that we "will not be excluded from new features and improvements in the future". Not even a year later they instead reduced service levels, claiming it was "not an economical business model". Then a year after that (September 2019) they reneged on their "lifetime" promise, instituting a huge 70% price increase and charging for addresses. As if that wasn't enough, the "premium" San Francisco address is itself a forwarder, meaning that my packages are more often than not being rejected; this "service" currently costs $109/month before usage fees! To add insult to injury, I've just learned from another irate customer that they plan to continue charging me for 6 months after I leave, but there's no point discussing with them as they will just refer to clauses buried deep in their terms. The best way to avoid the disruption and expense I'm experiencing now is to avoid signing up in the first place; there are plenty of other, better options out there.
