## About EACHR
eachr is modular HR software built for small and mid-size businesses in France. A complete HR core (employee records, documents, org chart, exports) comes with seven modules to switch on as needed: expense reports with automatic receipt reading, absences with paid leave and RTT balances, timesheets or a CNIL-compliant online time clock, monthly payroll inputs for the accounting firm and payslip distribution, onboarding and offboarding workflows with online contract signing, internal announcements and documents, and HR reminders such as probation end dates or medical visits. Employees sign in without a password from their phone. Every module is included in one price per employee, with a 14-day free trial and no card. Data is hosted in the EU and documents are sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint and access log. Office managers and accountants who manage several companies get a free multi-company dashboard.
