Minimal effort on our part. **What do you dislike about eBallot?** I cannot think of a negative thing to review. **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have worked with eBallot for only a couple years but our company has used them for awhile. It's not intuitive, but it is functional. **What do you dislike about eBallot?** The company's business practices are fraudulent. They don't honor cancelation requests. They use their 6 month requirement in their agreement to make it impossible to get the timing right. Upon a request for a cancellation, they send links to the knowledge base to forms that don't work. Only sign up with them if you can get a temporary credit card number that you can turn off, because they'll never stop charging you. The software is unintuitive for users. **Recommendations to others considering eBallot:** Find another vendor. **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Early during the Pandemic, all work that could be remote had to switch to telework. People are more likely to have time out of their busy schedule if the ballot is easily accessible. **What do you dislike about eBallot?** Even though eBallot is accessible to a lot of people, I dislike that this also is not the solution to getting more people to vote, because this still segretates people with means/time with people who don't. **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** eBallot is giving me the opportunity to have more time put into researching the candidates and all the props that they stand for. Rather than just giving you the basics and just the results, it gives you lots of in-depth information. They know what they are doing because of the number of companies that use their product. **What do you dislike about eBallot?** I am not a massive fan of the price. It feels like software that you can get on countless other websites, and the only upside is the number of options you can have in terms of raw data. **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can poll my company and get to know my consumers better. It enables me to get loads of info just from a few polls. ### 5. You can see down to who voted and who they voted for. It also provides statistics. **What do you dislike about eBallot?** The reports could be improved to be easier to download and the design could be improved. **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't had an issues that needed to be resolved. We have been able to track trends year over year which is great to compare. All our previous election data is stored and having the data is very helpful. ### 6. He knew what questions to ask. He was very good at explaining the way proxies would work, etc. **What do you dislike about eBallot?** Not much. If I had to write something, it might be that the consultants are so comfortable with their expertise that they may not feel the same amount of urgency we do. **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remote voting during the pandemic. We will use them even if back in the office because their process is much easier than our original. ### 7. We have thousands of members voting in our complicated voting process, and I can count on ONE HAND how many times we've had to reach out to support over the past 5 years, which speaks volumes about the stability and easy of use of the system. Customization for our specific ballot needs, including complicated calculations were completed, tested and deployed in a short period of time, allow us to get up and running quickly. Since we have a large membership, I'd also love the ability to upload voter lists up to 20,000. **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am pleased that they created the option for admins to upload voter lists themselves, without having to go through a lengthy process of submitting them to have eBallot upload them. ### 16. It’s easy to understand and set up and creates an easy polling system **What do you dislike about eBallot?** I don’t think that there’s anything I don’t like so far. I’ve only used it once but it was easy to vote on **What problems is eBallot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has a great auditing system and solves the problems of voters trying to vote twice or cheat etc. It creates a clear system for voting and eliminates any discrepancies that could arise ### 17. The interface is also slick and easy to use. Voter can access the platform from anywhere and on any device (laptop, phone, etc - it is also mobile compatible) **What do you dislike about eBallot?** Pricing can be a little high especially for start ups. Only the pro version allows unlimited ballots.
