The barebones CRM license is never sufficient to fit a standard operating undertaking of any scale. Most clients spend 2.5x the licensing costs to get what they initially wanted by purchasing third third-party. It helped us make the 3D guides, which we can share with the application's users. We also explored other features like sharing the live 3D feed with other teams while debugging. I also like the simplicity of Dynamics 365 guides, as even a beginner with no IT experience can use them with ease. **What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Guides?** It's an application designed only for HoloLens, so sometimes it's challenging to scale in the organization due to the extra cost of HoloLens and management. **What problems is Dynamics 365 Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a tool that our support and operation team could use to provide live support to the customers. It offered me the ability to create and maintain a complete view of customer data from first contact through to purchase and post-purchase. I actually use it for citizen complaints and needs because I work in a municipality. In my case, I was able to solve the use of power BI, power apps and have all the integrated data of the citizens of my city when they communicate to make claims. That way, we give a more personalized and automatic response. **What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Guides?** It was not easy to learn how to use it. The Microsoft environment sometimes has difficulties and the tutorials are very technical and not so clear. It became difficult to connect with other microsoft applications that I use, such as power BI and power app. Sometimes what I call "loops" happen, and the system becomes circular errors whose only solution is to exit and re-enter. This is strange to me because this micrsoft service is in the cloud. **Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Guides:** My strong recommendation is not to start alone, because of the difficulty of use. If it is within the possibilities of your company, ask for external advice, which you will not find in free tutorials. It is a complete solution, but it requires a specialist to be able to extract the potential. For exemple, i use it with with Power BI, but was not easy to connect them. **What problems is Dynamics 365 Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Dynamics 365 I could decide how to face the digital transformation of the municipality of Cordoba. If it's been completed, your case ID won't work in the search function. Other than that, it's great. **Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Guides:** better tracking via case number (being able to search a case ID even after the case had been closed. **What problems is Dynamics 365 Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?** Corporate emails made super easy. Sending to a different department but need to know the outcome? Done! Need to have your boss see it, but you don't want to clog inboxes? Done! It works great. ### 7.
