I liked Microsoft Dynamics CRM because it is a fully integrated customer relationship management system. It offered me the ability to create and maintain a complete view of customer data from first contact through to purchase and post-purchase. I actually use it for citizen complaints and needs because I work in a municipality. In my case, I was able to solve the use of power BI, power apps and have all the integrated data of the citizens of my city when they communicate to make claims.
