What do you like best about durhamlane?

We’ve had a great experience working with durhamlane over the past year. They very quickly understood our product, market positioning, and target audience, and starting booking meetings for us very quickly.

Communication has been clear and transparent, with regular, detailed weekly updates that have kept us fully informed on progress and next steps and they have been reliable and consistent in execution.

Everyone on the team is friendly and a genuine pleasure to work with, and they’ve truly felt like an extension of our own team.

Overall, they’ve contributed meaningfully to our pipeline development efforts, and we’ve appreciated both their strategic input and day-to-day professionalism. What do you like best about durhamlane?

I enjoyed dealing with Durham Lane's team because they really understood what we were trying to do and put it into action. They broke down the volume of leads and the outreach needed to convert them into opportunities and eventually SQLs, which was great. By the end of the year, they had ticked all the boxes and generated as many opportunities for us as we needed. It was a great experience, and I would definitely work with them again if I worked for a B2B company where their skill set would be needed. They stood out to us because they were personable and made us feel looked after, understanding our business. The onboarding process was slick, making us feel comfortable that we were talking to the right people. I really liked how they white-label themselves as our employees, making prospects feel like their first touch into our company came from within. They demonstrated ROI effectively, converting 18,000 touch points into around 100 sales-qualified opportunities. They are very well-organized, using the right tools and technology for targeted outreach, and the people, including their business director, Sam, and the founders, made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
