What do you like best about durhamlane?

I really appreciate durhamlane for being experts in the sales domain. They're really good at hiring young sales talent and training them in the fundamentals of sales and outbound calling, which is a very particular and difficult skill to hire for. They helped us as a company offer progression from a sales desk to a full-time, in-the-field, sales role. They operated from day one as if they were part of the team, which was productive from the early months onwards. They eat their own dog food, have their own methodologies and best practices, and are very good at recruiting the right talent and characters. They excel at diving into the organizations they work with to identify value propositions, determine training materials needed, and improve upon them. Additionally, they operate as a partnership, which I find impressive. They stay on top of the latest techniques and tools, and they develop a lot of their own tools. They're very pragmatic and are really good to work with. It's also great that they offer a solution that allows for quick and cost-efficient trials. I appreciate durhamlane's heavy and deep expertise on how to operate a sales development team, allowing us to start without having to handle the heavy lifting internally. They are much faster at standing up the operation than we could be, and they do it better. I find the meetings they book and the data they provide, which helps us predictably land our pipeline, really valuable.
