**What do you like best about Duplicate Remover for Office 365, Exchange, IMAP and Outlook?**

EdbMails IMAP Duplicate Removal worked exactly as we needed. It scanned           our mailboxes throughly and identified duplicate emails with great mailboxes throughly and identified duplicated emails with great accuracy. I liked that it gave us options to choose how  duplicates should be handled, which made the process very safe and customizable. The interface is straightforward, and the cleanup was much faster than I expected.

**What do you dislike about Duplicate Remover for Office 365, Exchange, IMAP and Outlook?**

The initial scanning takes a little time for large mailboxes, but this is actually useful because it ensures no important emails are removed accidentally.

**What problems is Duplicate Remover for Office 365, Exchange, IMAP and Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our IMAP mailboxes had accumulated thousands of duplicate emails from sync issues and migrations. This was wasting storage space and slowing things down. With EdbMails, we were able to clear everything in one go, free up valuable space, and make searching for emails much easier. It has definitely improved both mailbox performance and user productivity.
