**What do you like best about DupDub?**

On a Premium subscription there is a wide variety of high quality voices and accents and useful tools to modify the voiceover: introduce pauses, speed up and slow down the delivery, use phonemic symbols to provide the pronunciation of words that are not recognised by the system (I have come across very few of these, in general the pronunciation of the typed text is spot on) and with some voices, the possibility of modulating the tone (neutral, friendly, sad, whisper, etc)

**What do you dislike about DupDub?**

For our needs (dialogues and voiceovers for online Business English programs) there are really no negatives. There is an "Emphasis" option, presumably to stress a particular word in a sentence, which we would find useful, but does not seem to be available for the voices we are using, but other wise we are very pleased and, after a useful trial period, we took out a year's subscription.

**What problems is DupDub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, we use DupDub to create dialogues and voiceovers for online Business English programs. There are three main benefits: greater variety of speakers and accents than we could have by making in-house recordings; quicker and cheaper than sending scripts to voice actors; the ability to instantly record a modified version at no extra cost if we decide to change the original script.
