When I first originally started using Dunked it had pretty limited options but it has since evolved quite a bit and I have a lot more options to choose from for templates. **What do you dislike about Dunked?** Having to know a little bit of CSS has been a limiting factor for me. **Recommendations to others considering Dunked:** If you want something that's easy to use and get the job done as fast as you prefer it to be then dunked is a way to go. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love the password protection. I have grown so much in my career and I am in a place where I can't openly share all my projects with the world because of legality issues. It makes making and designing a portfolio very easy by providing a ton of useful features such as layouts, templates etc. **What do you dislike about Dunked?** One thing beginners might find odd is the price for features it provides, a much more detailed demo or free version might be better. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use dunked to build and showcase my designer profile. Currently, they don't have anything that lets you build a case study--i.e., a combination of text and pics that allow you to tell a good story about your process. **Recommendations to others considering Dunked:** If you're looking for a UI/visual design portfolio site builder, this is a good solution for building something quickly. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted an inexpensive WYSIWIG site builder that allows designers to build an online portfolio efficiently. A person with little to no experience on the internet can even manage to create a portfolio over here. This platform is well suited for a beginner. **What do you dislike about Dunked?** If you want to improve the aesthetics, especially with the fonts part you need to be proficient with coding which is one of the downsides. Also, the product went live with many bugs which is quite a surprise. Another important factor that's missing from the tool is capturing the contact information and storing them is not possible. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an ideal platform for beginners to develop a test site and develop upon it. Another aspect is that their navigation menu is clearly segmented and it's easy to access content elements like projects and pages. ### 7. It looks professional and the template designs are all modern and impactful. I don't have time to develop a website from scratch so this is perfect for me. People seem to find me online so the SEO must be pretty good too. It's good for creatives like myself that don't have a lot of time to spend on website development, but want something professional and modern. **What do you dislike about Dunked?** I would have liked to have been able to customise the menu and the social media link icons a bit more, and include a blog page. **Recommendations to others considering Dunked:** I think that it really serves a good purpose for people who aren't tech savvy, don't have a lot of money to invest in a developer, who are in a creative industry like myself. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to upload projects quickly, whereas if I was creating my site on Wordpress I wouldn't update it as often I imagine. ### 10. I use Dunked to showcase my school portfolio and professional work. I like the ability to change the entire look and feel of my site just by activating a new template, this easy customization insures your site is always looking relevant and fresh. **What do you dislike about Dunked?** Although the templates are fairly easy to use and interchangeable there are certain features I’m which CSS and HTML coding knowledge is necessary. I need to know how to reduce the size of the header logo on my site and there was really no easy way around it without knowing code. I reached out to Dunked customer service and they were extremely helpful and were able to resolve my problem by applying a line of CSS code. **Recommendations to others considering Dunked:** Use it. It’s an intuitive and nicely designed platform to showcase your work. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dunked has given me the ability to showcase my work in an elegant and professional format. I find their layouts to be quite professional and artistic, which is another reason I chose them to host my portfolio. **What do you dislike about Dunked?** I dislike the lack of customization you can do on the site. If you wanted to expand to a business beyond basic needs I'm not sure it's the right platform. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't had problems with Dunked, but then again I'm a very passive user. It would be nice to see a few templates offer current trends in interface design. **Recommendations to others considering Dunked:** If you have work that needs to be organized and presented, Dunked online tools is a great solution. **What problems is Dunked solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a lot of content, and uploading and sorting this content to make a portfolio presentation is easy. I would like to see an option where I can tailor the site to display different facets of my work (I am a hybrid designer in web and print and applying for a digital position). I would like to quickly toggle the site to re-structure my portfolio to only show relevant pieces. ### 13. It takes just seconds to upload high resolution images and everything about there site is easy and intuitive. **What do you dislike about Dunked?** It would be nice if here was an option to view galleries left to right horizontally instead of just vertically. After some emailing I got explained how to properly connect it, and it worked like a charm. Solid templates that met all my needs as an animator/Illustrator, could do everything I wanted with a gallery-based layout **What do you dislike about Dunked?** Nothing to really dislike.
