While premium calculation we can tie up and inline premiums of Line and Risk level all together in the Policy Premium just with the right path. It is very easy to use and even new joinees can learn it very quickly. We have solution center where we can find solutions for most of the Duck Creek problems. Sometimes mapping the fields becomes too critical for private and public fields. After the latest upgrade, it is very difficult to add any stored procedures in the database. Duck Creek is user-friendly and helps provide outstanding customer service, which meets customers' and agents' needs and expectations. Duck Creek is more economical because it allows for more facilities to consume at less cost. The disadvantage that would stand for Duck Creek is that if we have to gain knowledge on the learning, we have to get it from experienced people but not from any open sources outside, where resources are less. DuckCreek provides out of box templates; on top of it, we can add our new customized features like home owners and other policies. Duck Creek's tools allow customers to build the products the market wants quickly, there are already base files so we don't have to create the required policies from scratch, as we have pre-defined fields and forms already present.
