What do you dislike about Duck Creek Policy?

1. There are many new age problem statements that are not possible to implement through Duck creek policy OOB using functions, etc. E.g. AD Token validation, complex data analytics, etc. Hence, configuration requires CBO implementation, which is an overhead on the application package.

It also has a proprietary scripting language, making everything configurable to meet the needs of individual insurance carriers.
