There are many new age problem statements that are not possible to implement through Duck creek policy OOB using functions, etc. E.g. AD Token validation, complex data analytics, etc. Hence, configuration requires CBO implementation, which is an overhead on the application package. 2. Only thing i found is when we have to override any duck creek menthods its quite difficult, although solution center will be having examples but you will not find anything on google about it. you have to strictly follow duck creek solutions. The platform is robust, flexible, and scalable. It is easy to add new functionality. It also has a proprietary scripting language, making everything configurable to meet the needs of individual insurance carriers. The system has matched our expectations, During the implementation process, the staff at Duck Creek has been very helpful. The Duck Creek Test Automation Center needs some enhancement or upgrade so it will be easy to create automated test scripts, which will help in the Regression process.
