In the new versions of Duck Creek, it is very complicated to change any Stored procedures, etc. It is very hard in duck creek to Connect with any external API.. We have the Solution Centre where we get solution for most of the problems. Developing code logic is easy. Mapping the code logic, developing the code from the table is very feasible. There's nothing much specific that I dislike about DuckCreek but sometimes communicating with API's become Lil cumbersome. We can improve Integration of Duck Creek. The connection between different parts of insurance like billing, claims, and policy. Data flow is smooth between all three parts of the system. Connecting with any external API is hard in DuckCreek. DuckCreek could provide AMIs that are most used by our customers so it is easy to incorporate with our project. What do you dislike about Duck Creek Policy? # Sometimes it captures wrong data from previous database, which for me is the biggest drawback. # Need to match data and correct it manually before processing further. # This is sometimes irritating as it is supposed to be fully automated and kills extra time.
