I liked how the team handled their customers and proposed various solutions to the issues I raised, such as privacy concerns. The product site has tons of handful information and real use cases. The product has just enough features to feel comfortable and do not overload user interface. The question of backlog prioritization is the pressing one and most of the PM tools does not have a convenient way to do so in a controlled and grounded manner using well known methodologies.
