As for me, the price is a bit too high, which I think hinders distribution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can't beat the price for feature value with Ducalis. I've tried several other open source and commercial offerings for road mapping and customer feedback software and the features were either lacking, or the price was astronomical. I ran into an issue once trying to get the widget to work and their team got me unstuck within the hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing so far everything is working great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It really useful, if your service team have a lot of inner customers. Now we don't need a lot of managers to make priorities and work schedule for one team. Just one day in a week to update sprint and make more effective work.

And the best client service ever! If I have a problem or need advice or explanation developers is always on my side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the first time it was not easy with UI/UX of service. But after some time and updates from developers I get everything well, and now help my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool helps our department to understand which task we should do and helps other departments understand why their task is more important than a task from another team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of two-way synchronization with Asana. For example, for every task, we automatically create a subtask to visualize and track it with Ducalis too. Sometimes we don't need visual and it would be cool if we could close this task by pushing the "Done" button and close it in Asana too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of all we use voting boards. This is an indispensable tool for any SaaS company. We've been using it for over a year now. We and our clients love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. During the entire period of use, we had questions only a few times, but the support team solved them in a short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing where ducalis.io leads is total backlog transparency. So everybody in your company knows what, when, and why you develop now and will develop in the future.

Also, it allows you to make any prioritization that fits your current and strategic goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup is not so easy. First, you need to know that it can take up to 2 hours to set up your evaluation workspace. Second, you need to sell ducalis.io to your team and change some processes inside your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guys provide really handy service for prioritization, it makes our life much easier. It's quick, lightweight, responsive and friendly, no extra work for sync anymore :) Especially I would like to underline their support, I think it is the best support I've ever dealt with, great job! The service just a bit pricy, as for me, but that the only issue I can come up with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jira server integration. Real time board state updates between all members. Real time sync with task trackers. Prioritization framework customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing in my mind. Maybe only dark theme support is a bit radical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the best tool in the market, for collaboration I prioritize this tool only as it has a very robust mechanism and it also has a very strong and sharp UI which enables to work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing to be disliked about this tool, though it is less popular in UI but still I recommend to go with Ducalis. It also has a very robust and solid UI interface which has too many options to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

simple task prioritization, convenient UI, customizability. Ease of entry and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
