DSPTCH Reviews & Product Details

DSPTCH helps renewable energy contractors, EPCs and asset owners meet the Inflation Reduction Act's prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) requirements, along with state programs including NYSERDA, Illinois Shines, California SURGE, Oregon BOLI and the New Mexico Energy Transition Act. DSPTCH connects to 200+ payroll and HRIS systems and checks every pay period against the applicable wage determinations before payroll closes. It flags shortfalls per worker, tracks the apprenticeship labor-hours percentage and daily ratios across every contractor and subcontractor tier, and calculates backpay, interest and penalty exposure using the IRS quarterly rates. Certified payroll (WH-347) is generated from the same data. Asset owners and developers get one view of compliance across every contractor on a project. Contractors catch problems inside the correction window instead of months later in an audit.
