Customer support is also a highlight, very quick responses. We have been also integrating it with other softwares such as Slack and Sheets through API. We use it on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Dropboard?** Some features still have some bugs sometimes, but we have been reporting and they try to solve it. Another issue we have been constantly having is that the emails are sent to junk folder to candidates and it is a problem we have not yet been able to find a solution. **What problems is Dropboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to communicate with candidates through email and we lacked traceability. Also, the candidate management (notes, CV, etc) were not centralized and Dropboard helped a lot with that. We also use their dropboards to embed on our website and it makes it easier to update information directly. ### 2. After sales service was very responsive and helpful also. **What do you dislike about Dropboard?** I had some issues with accessing full functionality and upgrading while integrating with Wix. **What problems is Dropboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides a way to integrate a fully functioning jobs portal and a simple way for prospective candidates to view jobs and apply. ### 3.
