I use Drivepoint to pull sales information and forecast future sales models built by the team, which has been really helpful. I love the responsiveness of the Drivepoint team when I have questions or requests. They quickly investigate any inconsistencies in sales information or help me build custom views or dashboards. Their eagerness to support us in centralizing information is a major plus. The integration with platforms like Shopify, QuickBooks, Amazon Seller Center, and TikTok Seller Center makes month-end reconciliations quick and efficient. Connecting Drivepoint data warehouse to BigQuery for automating reports is a huge time-saver and helps us make faster, error-free decisions. It's great that I can use Drivepoint alongside other tools like BigQuery, Claude, and Excel, which aids in thorough analysis across multiple sales channels. Overall, having data readily available at a granular level in real-time aids in trend-watching and decision-making, which is invaluable for my business recommendations. I do wish that the web-app had the capability to pull in information from all channels at once. In most analyses I need full business information (or at least full ecommerce), and it is quite time consuming and frustrating sometimes when I have to pull the same report or different variations of a report three separate times to get TikTok, DTC, and Amazon information. If I could pick which metrics I need and the channels I want this information for, the web app would be much more useful to me. I like that Drivepoint is Excel-based, which means I can easily edit or tweak it to fit specific scenarios. Using Excel allows me to copy and paste in other models efficiently, which is very helpful. The ability to frequently update the model and quickly manipulate it without dealing with clunky integrations saves a lot of time. It's beneficial for catching anomalies in financial performance through monthly or yearly reviews. Our business is very seasonal, especially the wholesale part, and the wholesale modeling in Drivepoint is designed more for consumer goods with a much lower SKU count and higher velocity. I loved the simplicity and user-friendliness of Drivepoint. It's a fantastic product for any founder or company at any stage of the fundraising process and for key financial decisions. Having all our data roll up into one place within our live model is fantastic and makes month end much easier. My new favorite thing about Drivepoint is the Claude MCP they just launched - I can now create live, dynamic dashboards with my retail data, financials, etc., and it has been incredibly helpful so far - particularly on the retail data side!
