Driven Hire Reviews & Product Details

Driven Hire is a background screening and HR guidance company based in McKinney, Texas — built by HR people, not just a software company. We support employers across the entire employee lifecycle with background checks, identity verification, drug testing, and employment verifications, all tailored to how each organization actually hires. Every client gets customized screening packages, an ordering dashboard set up for their team, and the choice of entering applicant information themselves or sending candidates a secure, paperless invitation. Beyond the report, we help clients document hiring decisions, manage adverse action notices, and train their staff on compliant, consistent screening practices. With deep experience in automotive, hospitality, senior care, and non-profit organizations, and integrations with HR platforms. Driven Hire gives employers the speed of modern screening with the support of a partner who knows HR.
