**What do you like best about Drill Phish  (LMS)?**

The team was professional creative and got the project done to our needs and they were responsive, at least that is our experience.

**What do you dislike about Drill Phish  (LMS)?**

We had some difficulty with whitelisting the application, and it ended up taking a lot of time. This was mostly due to our email gateway security, but we also felt that the whitelisting guide sent by the team may have been outdated for our email gateway security system.

**What problems is Drill Phish  (LMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provided us with phishing campaign services and delivered solid reports and management reports throughout.

Nothing so far. the platform has met our expectations

**What problems is Drill Phish  (LMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is straightforward to use - the UI is clean and both admins and employees can navigate it without training. Launching phishing campaigns and assigning courses takes only a few minutes, and performance has been reliable with no noticeable downtime. The availability of Arabic-language courses is a big plus for our workforce in Saudi Arabia, and the onboarding process was smooth with responsive support from their team."
