In that context, I find it to be a really helpful communication tool. It may not be worth switching over if you already have a well-established diagramming tool, but if you use Confluence and need something that can be paired with it, I'd recommend trying out Draw.io. In my opinion, it's not great for wireframing - at least that's not how I've used it. But it does a nice job with diagramming. Note that it doesn't currently support "multi-player" or simultaneous editing like Confluence pages do. Shortcuts make block diagram constructions much easier. **What do you dislike about Draw.io?** I don't particularly appreciate that there are no user guides available that can explain shortcuts. I learned a lot later that there are several shortcuts for performing a specific task on a particular block. I have had a hard time pointing arrows to the correct coordinates. In addition to being used on the web or as a desktop application, it integrates very well with visual studio code. That is, in my opinion, the best way to use it on development teams. There is also the feature to use it to prototype an application and have it automatically jump to other sections when clicked. It is a very versatile application. I also like how easy it is to use all of the different objects and icons without having to download them. **What do you dislike about Draw.io?** There aren't many issues with the software. One of the problems that I have experienced would be that since it is built off of a progressive web application loading files from the browser has occasionally failed to load.
