I use Draw.io to create workflows, which I later integrate into reports, presentations, or any document. The rich set of options and predefined templates make it very quick and easy to create workflows. I appreciate the various predefined options and multiple scenarios, each providing different drawing options. Most importantly, I can place and position the elements perfectly, which significantly reduces the time needed to create one workflow. The initial setup was also very easy, it felt like a child could do it.

I like that Draw.io is a free browser-based tool and is simple to use. I also use it specifically for AWS infrastructure drawing tools.

Being able to create everything from simple flowcharts to more detailed system diagrams in one place makes it really practical. I usually start with the template library, which helps me organize and structure my ideas faster, without spending too much time overthinking the layout.
