## About Dragonglass
DragonGlass connectors provide instant connectivity and data extraction capability to a variety of data sources ranging from SaaS platforms like ServiceNow, SalesForce, ZenDesk, Confluence, Jive, Jira, and Google Drive to on premise data sources like SQL databases, file repositories and blockchain platforms like Ethereum and Swirlds. In addition the platform also contains a Web crawler that can be easily configured by an end user to extract web content from any external web site.

**What do you like best about Dragonglass?**

It is a pretty successful app that enables many tools to get data layers and store them somewhere. This was not a default thing in Hedera. I think the solution is meant for decentralized applications.

**What do you dislike about Dragonglass?**

I believe that the user interface may be simplified. Even though most of the users most probably are capable of understanding from the navigations it may be hard to find what you want.

**What problems is Dragonglass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hedera is helping you to get lots of data. However, it may not be as problem-solving as today if no other dApps enable utilize these. Dragonglass also maintains an explorer mission as well as providing other APIs.
