"Secure Collaboration with Minor Setup Hurdles"
What do you like best about DRACOON?

I really like DRACOON's high level of security combined with ease of use. The end-to-end encryption and granular access controls build strong confidence when dealing with sensitive data. Its intuitive interface makes secure external sharing simple and reliable without compromising compliance. I find features like end-to-end encryption, secure sharing links, and sophisticated permission management extremely valuable. The audit logs and activity tracking are particularly useful as they offer transparency and accountability, especially for compliance and internal reviews. The platform is stable and intuitive for day-to-day use once set up, and it integrates well with other tools I use. Switching to DRACOON has given us a secure file sharing and collaboration platform that meets our internal security requirements and regulatory standards. Overall, DRACOON offers excellent security, strong compliance features, and reliable performance, making it easy to recommend for organizations that deal with sensitive data. What do you dislike about DRACOON?

While DRACOON is very strong on security, the initial setup and configuration can feel a bit complex, especially for teams without dedicated IT or security expertise. Certain advanced security settings require time and guidance to fully understand and use effectively. Additionally, the user interface, though functional, could be more modern and streamlined to improve usability for non-technical users. More intuitive workflows and clearer in-app guidance would help speed up onboarding and everyday use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Efficient, but Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about DRACOON?

I really appreciate DRACOON's high-level security, which is bolstered by certifications like ISO 27001, EuroPriSe, and ULD, plus its compliance with GDPR, protecting data with client-side encryption. The platform makes collaboration and sharing convenient, letting me store files centrally and access them anytime, with easy sharing of large files and download links. Efficient document management features like search, filtering, version control, and audit trails improve work efficiency. It boasts good compatibility and expandability with its universal API, allowing third-party integrations and customizations. Additionally, its seamless synchronization with Outlook aids in managing files and clients more conveniently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DRACOON?

Some users have reported problems with the report-downloading function on the DRACOON platform. The event log function is only available in the full-version environment, and the relevant API endpoints have not been documented, which brings inconvenience to users who need to use reports. Additionally, if there are network connection problems or incorrect permission settings, it may lead to file sharing and collaboration failures. The versioning system might not be as intuitive as it could be, making it difficult for users to understand which version of a file they are viewing or restoring. "Secure File Sharing with Strong Encryption"
What do you like best about DRACOON?

I primarily use DRACOON to share large files and sensitive documents securely with clients and partners via password-protected, time-limited download links, eliminating worries about email attachment limits or insecure file transfer services. It turns what used to be a source of stress into a reliable, set-it-and-forget-it process, providing peace of mind by protecting our data at the highest level without sacrificing usability for the team. I appreciate DRACOON's client-side encryption (Triple-Crypt technology) and granular permissions and rights management. DRACOON feels like it was built for organizations that can't afford security shortcuts, delivering on that promise without unnecessary complexity. The process of sharing highly confidential information is both locked-down and simple, giving me 'wow' moments. I also appreciate that DRACOON integrates quite heavily with our existing Microsoft ecosystem, fitting seamlessly into our daily workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DRACOON?

I find the performance with very large files or folders to be an issue. There's also an initial setup and learning curve for admins, and the desktop sync app has limitations. Though none of these issues outweigh the benefits for our use case, they're the honest trade-offs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Reliable Enterprise File Sharing Solution"
What do you like best about DRACOON?

For me, the best part is how easy it is to share files securely. I often need to send documents to teammates or clients, and being able to set who can just view and who can edit is really helpful. The audit log also comes in handy when I want to double-check who made changes. Overall, it just feels safe to use without being complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DRACOON?

Sometimes syncing big files takes a little longer than I’d like. The mobile app is good, but it could be smoother when opening certain file types. The reporting side is okay but a bit basic—I wish I could tweak the dashboard more. These are small things, but they stand out once you use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The major drawback which I would say is,
