**What do you like best about DQE One?**

We were looking for a reliable solution to standardize the addresses of our points of interest (POIs). DQE One offered us an API of remarkable simplicity, both in its use and in its implementation by our technical teams. The integration into our data processing pipeline—which runs daily—was immediate and seamless, thanks to clear documentation and an intuitive architecture.

The results obtained exceeded our expectations, with accuracy far superior to that of other solutions tested on the market. Whether for complex addresses or special cases, the API demonstrated a robustness that simplified our workflow.

The interactions with the DQE One support team were quick, relevant, and solution-oriented. Their advice allowed us to optimize our implementation and make informed decisions, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of our project.

**What do you dislike about DQE One?**

The user interface of DQE One seemed a bit outdated to us, but it didn't bother us too much and didn't have a significant impact on our use.

**What problems is DQE One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DQE One primarily addresses three critical issues we had.

The first concerns the normalization of addresses. Our databases (notably those of POIs) often contain poorly formatted, incomplete, or inconsistent addresses, which complicates their daily use, for example, for geolocation, deliveries, or territorial analyses. With DQE One, the API standardizes addresses in real-time, with an accuracy we have found to be superior to that of competing tools.

The second issue is integration into our existing pipelines. Normalization solutions are often cumbersome to deploy, especially in constrained technical environments (e.g., daily pipelines, microservices architectures). Here, the API is designed for quick integration, with clear documentation and simple endpoints. This fits well with a "lean" approach: in the end, we saved time on the technical teams' side and reduced friction.

Finally, DQE One helps us reduce operational risks. Incorrect addresses can lead to failed deliveries, biased analyses, or non-compliance (e.g., GDPR for customer data). The tool's accuracy limits these risks, which was essential for us, as data reliability is a cornerstone.

**What do you like best about DQE One?**

It’s easy to use and has made a significant impact on our patient outreach. Implementation didn’t take very long, and customer support has been easy to reach whenever we’ve needed help. I’ve seen firsthand how much easier it’s been for the group of clinics I work for to manage our client relationships when patients reach out through various channels. Jobs now run in the background, so we don’t have to log in every day to keep things moving.

**What do you dislike about DQE One?**

Nothing I can truly think of that's like a major deal. It would be great if they integrated into some of our hospital systems, but really not a big deal.

Helps us with client data and ensuring we aren't dealing with duplicate entries or invalid data when it comes through our website or when clients call in and leave their contact data.

The solution is simple to use and very customizable to fit our needs. It’s giving us flexibility and adaptability to our use cases. Duplicate management is always a nightmare in Salesforce and DQE is helping us getting a 360 view of our customers using both CRM and non CRM data.

I really can't think of anything that I dislike. Maybe a 2-click integration with Salesforce instead of 5-6 clicks?

It is extremely effective for preventing and or removing duplicates for our SF org. It makes it easy to flag duplicates on a very granular level to fit any use case. It's much better than the standard Salesforce duplicate matching feature. DQE One delivers efficient algorithms well beyond fuzzy matching

We have been recommending DQE to all our clients for years: it is an indispensable step in the implementation of any new CRM or marketing solution.

The team is highly competent and responsive. Workshops with our clients go very well.

DQE's recent integrations with Salesforces and Microsoft Dynamics are very well designed and implemented. It's a great job and makes CRM and marketing use incredibly powerful.

**What do you dislike about DQE One?**

The team is very open to innovations and complex use cases. But only because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

Put the brakes on your requests because their enthusiasm and technical capabilities might make you go too far.

**What problems is DQE One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer data de-duplication and quality assurance are essential steps in CRM and marketing projects, especially during initial data loading.

But regular and preventive checks are also necessary. This is often expensive when done manually. And very inconvenient for customers, users, reports and AI models when it is not done.

Integrate into Salesforce Cloud in a few clics, easy to set up and use for first cleaning and data input monitoring, with an extended range of countries.

**What do you dislike about DQE One?**

I guess it can't be used with the old Salesforce Classic interface. Only with the new Lightning one, which is now the standard.

**What problems is DQE One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an Administrator, I fight with duplicates within Salesforce Cloud. In spite of user's boring trainings and the Salesforce standard duplicate rules, the duplicate Leads, Accounts and Contacts were increasing. Less data confidence, conflict with and between users, high manual correction costs.
DQE One solved this data issue, as an expert in deduplication, delivering efficient algorithms well beyond fuzzy matching.

Helped getting a better view of the customer using both CRM and non CRM data.

Requires to set up a proper data governance and flow within the tools and processes, otherwise it's garbage in garbage out :) 
They can provide great help and advises for that.

DQE is a great partner, I recommend partnering with them. DQE provides many solutions and produts to ensure Data Quality. DQE was successful in supporting us throughout our journey and assessment on this project. DQE was able to answer to our set of requirements and we are now live with already good KPI.

DQE is still a start-up but has developed a comprehensive, mature and at-scale set of solutions/products for their clients.

**What do you like best about DQE One?**

Easy implementation and integration (Rest API connectors easy to use). Full coverage of data quality (adresse, ID, email),  duplicate records management, merge to golden record... I think it's the best tool to manage / standardize data quality.

There is nothing to dislike yet :), the Software Company mindset is still a Startup one's, customer-centric, agile, wishing to deliver projects and build a strong referenceability

We use the phone number and email verification tool and are very satisfied with it. Fast response time, reliable API feedback.

We had a few cases of false negatives, however, it was very limited.

This is not their fault, but retrieving historical CRM data is not always easy, nor is the interconnection with some existing applications (legacy).
