**What do you like best about DQ for Dynamics?**

Their tool has been able to deduplicate over 15,000 records in our CRM. Additionally, their support team was always helpful in tailoring the tool to our business's needs.

**What do you dislike about DQ for Dynamics?**

A few times, the tool would run into errors in merging our records, and the error messages were vague. Fortunately, their team quickly took action to correct these errors and provide a solution.

**What problems is DQ for Dynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DQ is assisting our business in merging duplicates across our CRM.  To date, they have merged over 15,000 records, and their tool automatically catches dozens more every day.
