Not user friendly, slow response to tickets, frequent issues **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Megan C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024 **What do you like best about Dozuki?** The training platform was consistently designed across all departments **What do you dislike about Dozuki?** They have frequent login issues and outages, they don't usually respond in a timely manner (within a month) for support and even blacklisted one of our IT employees for reaching out too much for outages. We switched. Was not worth the price. We have a company of 200 employees, most training from their phones. The app is not reliable, and we hardly used it. **What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not solving problems anymore but we had used it for training ### 2. It's nice to know when something has come up. we recently switched from a manual process to this digital one, and it's nice to see where everything is in progress so easily. **What do you dislike about Dozuki?** It's easy to see when you need to do something. There are a lot of e-mails. And every change you hear something. Would be nice to consolidate the e-mails to every few days, or possibly once a week. I also can't really see much reporting on where I stand. **What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can see where we are in document writing, changing, approval processes, and training.
