I find Dossier to be very user friendly; I am able to create education and competencies in the format I want with ease.

I have been able to create electronic competencies for all of our employees and have been able to reduce paper use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have only had one difficulty, which my rep has been helpful in trying to solve. I think it's ultimately a feature that is not available, but that is not going to impact my Dossier use.

Sometimes we have issues with staff being able to receive Dossier emails due to company security, but Dossier always works with our IT department to get it resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Dossier Digital Competency is a helpful platform for maintaining and tracking competency. Its features are easy to navigate and user-friendly. It makes the work easy. I do not have reasons or anything why I wouldn't say I dislike digital competency. It's an excellent help to supervisors and team leaders to monitor their staff competencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use! Dossier is very user-friendly, and it is easy to delve into each employee and competency in the program. It makes it so quick when onboarding a new hire or getting a new competency created and assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say lack of ability to build quizzes, but they will build quizzes for you; it is just not available yet from the user side to create. The only other issue I have found was when I was asked for a print out of an employee's profile, I can not run that for just one employee, but there are several workarounds. Of course, the easiest would be for me to show the requesting parties it online in the program. So clearly, more of an institutional problem than a Dossier problem. Dossier can be a little clunky with submenus on submenus to get to the right links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website is organized, but more importantly, it is very intuitive to use. I had a 30-minute demo with one of the people from the Dossier team, and after those 30 minutes, I was entirely able to upload & edit all of the modules that I added to the site. The dashboards make it easy to track which person has which modules past due. The website is also much more user-friendly and forgiving than something like MyNetLearning. My only complaint is that the Dossier platform doesn't come pre-loaded with functional modules. For instance, our pharmacy wants to use Dossier to track USP 797 and USP 800 competencies. A product like Simplifi 797 does have these modules pre-loaded.

That said, the cost of Dossier is MUCH more affordable compared to something like Simplifi 797. And the team at Dossier did a lot of work to take our department's competencies and upload them onto the site. That was very much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
