I have been able to create electronic competencies for all of our employees and have been able to reduce paper use. **What do you dislike about Dossier- Digital Competency Management?** I have only had one difficulty, which my rep has been helpful in trying to solve. I think it's ultimately a feature that is not available, but that is not going to impact my Dossier use. Sometimes we have issues with staff being able to receive Dossier emails due to company security, but Dossier always works with our IT department to get it resolved. **What problems is Dossier- Digital Competency Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can have all employees in one system and can manage their annual and monthly competencies. This helps with our CMS regulations and reporting. It also helps not to use so much paper, and eliminates the need for large paper files. ### 2. Its features are easy to navigate and user-friendly. It makes the work easy. I like how the platform makes it easy to access. Its features are easy to follow and understand compared to traditional paper and pen competency methods. **What do you dislike about Dossier- Digital Competency Management?** I do not have reasons or anything why I wouldn't say I dislike digital competency. It's an excellent help to supervisors and team leaders to monitor their staff competencies. **What problems is Dossier- Digital Competency Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switch from traditional paper and pen competency paperwork, which is tedious to check. Having a digital tool makes us more productive and professional, especially when we need to show evidence in the inspection. ### 3. Dossier is very user-friendly, and it is easy to delve into each employee and competency in the program. It makes it so quick when onboarding a new hire or getting a new competency created and assigned. **What do you dislike about Dossier- Digital Competency Management?** I would say lack of ability to build quizzes, but they will build quizzes for you; it is just not available yet from the user side to create. The only other issue I have found was when I was asked for a print out of an employee's profile, I can not run that for just one employee, but there are several workarounds. Of course, the easiest would be for me to show the requesting parties it online in the program. So clearly, more of an institutional problem than a Dossier problem. **What problems is Dossier- Digital Competency Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensuring all my employees are up to date on all competencies. Removing the clutter and time it takes to review and file paper competencies. It has completely revamped our competency system, from the creation of the competency and ease of keeping them up-to-date to tracking employee progress and satisfaction. ### 4. I had a 30-minute demo with one of the people from the Dossier team, and after those 30 minutes, I was entirely able to upload & edit all of the modules that I added to the site. The dashboards make it easy to track which person has which modules past due. The website is also much more user-friendly and forgiving than something like MyNetLearning. **What do you dislike about Dossier- Digital Competency Management?** My only complaint is that the Dossier platform doesn't come pre-loaded with functional modules. For instance, our pharmacy wants to use Dossier to track USP 797 and USP 800 competencies. A product like Simplifi 797 does have these modules pre-loaded. That said, the cost of Dossier is MUCH more affordable compared to something like Simplifi 797. And the team at Dossier did a lot of work to take our department's competencies and upload them onto the site. That was very much appreciated. **What problems is Dossier- Digital Competency Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Dossier to track all of our pharmacy competencies. Dossier follows items such as sterile compounding (USP 797 & USP 800), annual education modules, orientation checklists, and a lot more. The options are only limited by the number of things you can think of to add to the platform. The dashboard is excellent and makes visits from the Board of Pharmacy very easy to pull data as a presentation they can understand. ### 7. The product works properly.
