Of course best thing I love about Dorik is their customer services. Even Ceo send me email when I published my first website and once I just wanted to ask him question and he replied, that was awesome! There are many and instantly they reply your messages, even when you are waiting they offer small game to play while waiting, lol! They not only teach you how to use tool, fix the problem, they can also fix the problem by themselves (edit and change what you ask for your website). Absolute brilliant. I've been a web manager for a few years, working with many different CMS's, and Dorik is leagues ahead of the others, including major industry powerhouses like Drupal. I have found Dorik to be surprisingly customizable without needing to hard-code in HTML/CSS/Javascript. Those options exist as well, but the interface they've developed negates the need for them.

The site is pretty easy to learn, there are a few learning curves that are more difficult to get a feel for but their customer service is very responsive and highly competent. They helped me troubleshoot via email—including recording their screen to send me as an instructional video—and they also make themselves available for one-on-one assistance through online calling services like Google Meet.

While the site is really great on the backend, what is extra impressive is how beautiful, neat, and professional the pages look on the front end.

Having used sites like Squarespace and Wordpress in the past, coming to Dorik was a breath of fresh air. It was about as user friendly as it gets and in the more complex areas of web building (not being someone who knows how to work with code at all) the staff went absolutely above and beyond the call of duty to help out and completely fix my very specific issues. I was very impressed because going beyond the scope like that for customers shows care and integrity. Anyway the site is straightforward has plenty of options for no-coders like myself and their prices are ridiculously fair. Very happy with them and would highly recommend. The only downside about Dorik (and it's more of me not understanding things easily than an actual downside I'm sure.) is I've struggled to easily optimise my new website for ipad and phone. This isn't really straightforward anywhere I've worked and to be fair I haven't even looked at the documentation on how to do this yet or asked them about it (I'm sure they will help if I do.) so it's not really a criticism of the site. Honestly? One of the best support experiences I’ve ever had.**

I’ve had my fair share of nightmare platform support (looking at you, Groove), no replies, no fixes, just crickets. So when Dorik’s site builder started crashing mid-project, I braced for the usual stress.

But the Dorik team, especially Himel, completely flipped that experience.

They kept me in the loop the whole time, reassured me they were on it, asked smart questions, and got things sorted within a couple of days, without holding me up or passing the buck.

Hand on heart, I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about Dorik Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a super helpful and responsive team one of the team members even wrote some custom code for me to help solve a problem I was running into. I like that they allow for a lifetime subscription. Since I know I will be using this for my whole career this was a huge money saver. I haven't used the AI feature which Dorik advertises. were among their earliest users. The ease, simplicity, modernity of

designs, and customer support were remarkable. Their native support for

gradients and our design styles really won us over. Over the summer,

Typedream was acquired by Beehiv. We were devastated to learn that Beehiv

intended to fully integrate Typedream's web builder into their newsletter

suite to build websites for more content-heavy firms. All of the SaaS and
