In an hour he calmly explained who they are, what they do, and we immediately activated the plugin. This was a little more complicated on our website, but by immediately contacting a technical specialist, the tool was successfully installed. After a few days of collecting data, we had another video meeting in which all functions and options were explained in detail, and 2 weeks later another meeting followed in which the first results were discussed and things were fine-tuned. In between, questions were always answered quickly, and extra functions were added and checked. The next appointment is scheduled for a number of weeks. The tool is great, provides clear insights into search behavior and tools to respond to search behavior. I like the cross promotion of products. On every individual product page Doofinder is showing other related products my customer can purchase. I love the banner that directs customers to our financing right from the search screen, the only place that displays a link to the financing is towards the bottom of the home page. But now they can apply right from the search screen. I also love that searches are customized by IP address. So what I'm searching for will filter to the top, but if my boss is on his computer and searches something different his searches will be at the top, totally different from mine. I also like the back end dashboard which allows me to view all the different things thats are being serached on my website. Lastly I like some of the automations we have in place. **What do you dislike about Doofinder?** The thing I dont enjoy is the thought of having to put all these things in place. But even that was seamless with the help of my dedicated rep, Egor. The upsides are the server usage and the explanation of how this usage will affect your costs. **What do you dislike about Doofinder?** There is nothing wrong with the app Doofinder, although there is tons of improvement to make, I dislike that we, as users, need to solve certain development tasks; like using third party platforms to give them the tools to use their application. Along with this the Doofinder seach has made the user experience more streamlined with less loading windows as all the search and results are contained within a popup with live results opposed to having to redirect to another page only to wait for that to reload with new results with any changes made to the search criterea. ### 40. I also liked the fact that advisors at bigcommerce told me that many of their cusstomers were very positive about Doofinder. I respect their expertise. It was also helpful that the Doofinder advisor was able to explain the benefits of using the ap with clarity.
