What do you like best about DOKKA?

First of all, the setup and integration was very smooth. Dokka support was there for us the whole time, walking us through and customizing any changes that needed to be made.

Its extremely user friendly and saves us so much time.

It offers so much more than just a basic AP automation system. It allows for a very clear line of communication within the users thereby avoiding anything from falling thruogh the cracks.

The approval system is amazing as well. It ensures that every invoice is validated before paying it.

What do you like best about DOKKA?

We loved the operational speed and data retrieval from Priority. Invoice processing is fast in the Priority system. Very user-friendly, the user interface is very easy to navigate. What do you dislike about DOKKA?

There is a limitation with emails that arrive with an attachment, and we need to download it manually and upload it manually, and it is not possible to do this automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DOKKA solving and how is that benefiting you?

It specifically solves our invoice processing in the company. We are a company that receives many invoices from many different suppliers, and they specifically solved our invoice processing manually and much faster with the help of OCR, which knows how to read the invoice, and very quickly the invoice is already processed in the system. What do you like best about DOKKA?

The software enables us to streamline our processes as all invoices are uploaded into the system and none get lost in individuals emails. The system is user friendly, and we have all levels of budget owners approving their invoices through the system.

The featues we found most useful are: 1. each invoice is automatically attached in Priority. This was a weak spot for us which the software solved 2. Easy track of pending invoices. In every point of time we know exactly which invoices haven't been approved 3.communication with internal stakeholders is linked to the invoice through the chat. We used to have a lot of email traffic around invoices which was hard to follow 4.ability to tag invoices by a certain topic (for example all invoices that were paid by credit card are tagged)

The bottom line is our day-to-day operations have significantly improved, as well as our quarter-end financial processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DOKKA?

The chat is private to the participants and no way to create a group chat which is visible at least to the whole finance team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DOKKA solving and how is that benefiting you?

- automatically saving of invoices into Priority which was not done for 100% of the invoices prior to the system. this assists the budget owners and finance department to analyse expenses and effective during financial audits

- having invoices pending approval in the system makes it easier for the finance department to understand if there are any issues with any vendors. Prior to Dokka invoices remained in budget owners inbox while the finance department wasn't aware of them

- usage of the chat reduced email load. no need to look for email chains for invoices any more. everything is linked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dokka - making AR easy"

What do you like best about DOKKA?

DOKKA enables me as a CEO of a small business to save valueable time working on vendor invoices that I receive. I just forward them to DOKKA mailbox, and my bookkeeper automatically enter them to our Priority ERP system.

As well as saving my time and the bookkeeper time, DOKKA reduces to minimum errors and disappearance of invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DOKKA?

I actually cant think of a down size, maybe for a small business, the solution is not cheap, but even though, I beleive the ROI is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
