The system is user friendly, and we have all levels of budget owners approving their invoices through the system. The featues we found most useful are: 1. each invoice is automatically attached in Priority. This was a weak spot for us which the software solved 2. Easy track of pending invoices. In every point of time we know exactly which invoices haven't been approved 3.communication with internal stakeholders is linked to the invoice through the chat. We used to have a lot of email traffic around invoices which was hard to follow 4.ability to tag invoices by a certain topic (for example all invoices that were paid by credit card are tagged) The bottom line is our day-to-day operations have significantly improved, as well as our quarter-end financial processes. **What do you dislike about DOKKA?** The chat is private to the participants and no way to create a group chat which is visible at least to the whole finance team **What problems is DOKKA solving and how is that benefiting you?** - automatically saving of invoices into Priority which was not done for 100% of the invoices prior to the system. this assists the budget owners and finance department to analyse expenses and effective during financial audits - having invoices pending approval in the system makes it easier for the finance department to understand if there are any issues with any vendors. The AI learning features are impressive, though there is a learning curve for the bookkeeper; but after a while it saves significant time. The NetSuite integration is very good, and we like the fact it copies the invoice PDF into the ERP - the users aren't locked into that solution forever. The support team is very attentive, and tickets are usually answered the same day. The price is also very reasonable, good value for the money. Pays for itself in 1 week every month. **What do you dislike about DOKKA?** The admin tools could use some polishing, but the support team is atentive to suggestions. **What problems is DOKKA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were spending in inordinate amount of time chasing approvers to validate invoices, often on paper. And manual entry of invoices into our ERP was tedious. When I get certain types of files and the dates are in the same place, the invoice numbers are in a similar format, etc... the AI will pre-populate much of the data I need to send to QBO. I'd say it's right about 80-90% of the time and that is a time saver. After doing this I have never looked back. My practice uses it in various ways - clients drop paperwork to us and it is scanned in and linked to software, some clients are forwarding and photographing their own paperwork and sending it via Dokka and I have two clients that use it to send paperwork to me which I then print out (not ideal but it works for us!). Whatever your clients needs are we have found Dokka to be a solution for them. My practice has gone paper free this year as much as possible and clients are embracing this (in the majority) we an appreciation of my desire to help the environment. If I have to pick something, it took me a while to realise that support calls come in from abroad and I probably shouldn't cancel the call I should answer it 😂 Seriously though, there isn't anything to dislike! **What problems is DOKKA solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved the immense amount of paperwork that was being dropped off at the office. I do not want paperwork everywhere. I want everything digital. The positives are - no paperwork everywhere, environmental benefits, easy to use, works on android and ios (app). The webpage doesn't work on safari but no issue as you can open in chrome.
