I could add photos and I had a secure way for people to pay and I could give details about the program and options to donate. Customer Support was wonderful the times I needed to ask questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit cumbersome to navigate at first. There is a learning curve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to organize groups, many detailed data fields. Easy modifications. Good website visuals and congruency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Changeover from 1 year to another was a little confusing. Starting fresh and relaunching an updated year was a little in user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of set-up and user experience; lots of reporting options; enough design options that we could make our website have enough of the look and feel of our usual branding; fantastic and quick support from the sales team every step of the way right through the end of our first fundraiser (thank you, thank you, thank you)! Due to some staffing turnover at our nonprofit, we were under the gun to get a crowdfunding site up quickly - therefore, we did not have a lot of time to really review all the functionality. So the few hiccups we experienced we might very well be able to address next time around. Too early to tell if there are actually any design elements that we dislike until we get more accustomed to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once I learned how the tools work, this website was relatively easy to use. The customer service I received from Joel Barker was outstanding. He has a great sense of humor and was able to solve my problems quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had instances where participants made a second attempt on PayPal that worked, but their first failed attempt showed up as an incomplete transaction. This was frustrating and embarrassing when I tried to follow up in some instances.

Figuring out which reports would have the information I was looking for was sometimes tricky and confusing.

I am on a Macintosh and at times it seemed like DoJiggy is more geared to PC users.

Also, the "final" number changed suddenly because of the "trade" vendors. It was frustrating that the final number changed a while after the event was over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DoJiggy has always been a user friendly interface for our families. This is the first year where I had to do all the changes for setting up the new year and it wasn't difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is based on the admin areas: Sometimes it is hard to remember where to locate certain areas to change for the new year. This could be partly because we only use the system once a year, but I think some of the sections could be combined in order to streamline the set up process - not having to go into five different areas to find the various areas to change would be helpful. For the user interface: the mobile version makes it hard to deal with sometimes. The PayPal portion doesn't always pop up correctly the first time so many parents end up not completing the registration on the first try. And going from year to year, parents are trying to use the same log in information - which isn't allowed. Maybe that could be an option somehow (even though I know it is because the information is purged). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fairly simple to use when it works. Also very well structured options for Golf Tournaments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actual formatting software glitches often and is not easy to get to do what you want it to. Does not display half the things you formatted it to. Does not upload many of the pictures it said were successfully uploaded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the page showing you who is in what place and that you can do both teams and individuals. It creates a healthy competition with our fundraisers. We also love the ability to share via social media platforms easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be sometimes a little difficult when you have a team who has done it for years in a row. Sometimes it crosses data and you are unable to update certain things. I wish you could also have more looks to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once familiar with the easy to use backend, events are put together inside of an hour. And their seamless pairing with merchant accounts makes collecting all funds pain free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports on customer types could be enhanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does exactly what it says it does... it's a place to track and receive pledges for fundraising event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the Registrations were more customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the responsiveness of tech team to any and all questions I have - really fast, really good answers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fees - but I think you are changing payments system this year so I don't have to send donors to PayPal, which is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
