What do you like best about DocuSeal?

DocuSeal is easy to use, both from the online interface and through the API. The feature set is very robust allows for virtually unlimited customization. Lastly, the support team is very responsive in case further assistance is necessary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuSeal?

There's not much negative to say about DocuSeal. The only complaint is that sometimes it is difficult to align fields congruently with other items on the page, and the fonts/styles can be somewhat difficult to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuSeal?

I love the ability to copy links for individual signers straight from my dashboard so that I can send signers through my communication platform of choice. As a free user of docuseal, I love that features are not restricted for casual use. I am not constantly nagged to buy the paid version. I know that if I ever need to upgrade I can do so easily. What do you dislike about DocuSeal?

I don't like that the self-hosted version limits access to basic features such as SSO and API usage. I believe that if I am not using DocuSeal computing resources, then I shouldn't have to pay for api calls. I understand limiting some features even in the self-hosted version, but there should be some middle ground where self-hosting provides some feature-benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
