On top of that, while inbound routing rules handle standard email destinations well, advanced multi-conditional routing (such as auto-distributing inbound faxes based on metadata extracted by OCR) requires custom script work rather than an out-of-box rule builder. We have integrated Documo through our Health Record, Jane. The integration has been seamless and incredibly easy to use for both in and outbound fax needs. The setup process was easy.
