Was paying for SEO optimization which I found out through another company that this was not happening. Also they did not communicate with me at all. After talking with them about the SEO they tried to come back with a new offer instead of honoring my request to end contract. They also were just auto renewing my contract with out informing be that this was going to happen and changing my contract to a different plan that could've helped my business more. I have been emailing them with barely any contact from them, no phone numbers so I can talk with someone, and they keep trying to bill me. I would not recommend this company at all. They did not communicate with me or my office staff and removed my website without contacting me. I had worked with this company for years. I kindly told them six months ago that I intended to not renew my contract in six months at the end of my contract. I wanted to ensure a smooth transition. My new website is not finished and one month before the end of my Doctorlogic contract, I asked for a two month extension which they gave me. My account financially always up to date. They have my credit card for autopayment. A week before the end of the two months, I was sent an email by my account manager if my new site was ready yet or would I need a further extension. I replied same day that I would need an extension. The last day of the two month period, I was sent an email which stated I needed to confirm my intention to continue for another month by the end of the day or the site would be taken down. I did not see the email because I was operating all day and viewed it the next day. The site had already been taken down and my email cut off. I asked why the account manager who has worked with my office staff for years and knows them would not just pick up the phone when she didn't hear from me. No answer. I supposedly own this website but I do not have access to it nor after multiple attempts to contact senior level staff have they tried to help me. The VP called me and said if I wanted my website up I would have to sign up with them for another year! Holding my website for randsome. Dropping their responsibility like a hot potato. Doctor Logic looked promising in the beginning. They spoke of search engine optimization, they were fast to get in touch with, and the whole process seemed promising, but I was wrong. I have given DoctorLogic at least 6 months to make good on their promise to make me a good website and to optimize my search engine. Based on my experience I would not recommend them to build a website nor for SEO management. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is what this company describes as the best way to move yourself higher on the list of choices when potential customers are searching for what what item or service you provide. Unfortunately, this company doesn’t deliver on that. I have emailed, called, emailed, called, over and over to get my website to look satisfactory and be organized the way I want it to be. Ever since I started, I have had verbal promises to improve my website but nothing is ever delivered upon those promises. Even something as simple as selecting a few before and after photos to start my website couldn’t and wouldn’t be done for me. Every step of the way, my website ended up being created by me because they refused to make any changes. Over the course of them sat 6 months, I have gone from a decent website to a poor website. Regarding SEO, I actually moved lower than I was before, despite posting over 50 pictures and decorations. By the end of it all, I will have spent over $15,000 and I have lost business because of it. There is nothing this company will do about your complaints once you sign the contract. Before I signed the agreement they said, “there is only one bad review on our company.” That may have been true at the time but I wonder if there is only one thing this company does well: hide their bad reviews. Our business went from booming with patients to the doors being closed nearly over night. As a business owner, the pressure was incredible. We had to quickly learn a new way to business. The DoctorLogic team was invaluable during this time. They handled every request within hours helping us update our website with valuable information for our current patients as well as made it possible for us to launch a platform to gain virtual consult leads for new patients. We actually gained new patients while being closed for business! Additionally, while the DoctorLogic team was no doubt facing their own business challenges (including working remotely), they nevertheless handled my MANY requests for website changes that were also unrelated to the pandemic. Suffice it to say, I used my "downtime" to improve many things in my business including my website content and they were right there to help every step of the way. The knowledge DoctorLogic houses allows us to stay a step ahead of the competition without getting bogged down in the technology. We're able to focus on providing patients with exceptional care confident everything from our Google Ads, organic rankings, mobile responsiveness, ability to easily convert is working just as it should. Our account manager is always accessible, happy to answer any of our questions and consistently provides actionable advice so that our online presence is never stagnant. If anything, I would say the initial copywriting for the website was a little clunky and less conversational than we would have liked however we were able to easily work through this. Nearly all components of our online presence have been enhanced including the gathering and sharing of reviews, contact pages, galleries, blog/article writing, posting. We've seen an astronomical increase in both conversions and page views since we went live with Doctorlogic. Our conversion rate is nearly 20% and we average 50 conversions a day.
