Divvy allows our traveling employees to electronically capture their travel expense receipts and populate an electronic T&E expense report which can then be forwarded to that employee's supervisor for approval. Then, it can be electronically forwarded to A/P for processing and matching with credit card statements. The whole process will be streamlined with a reduction in paper and time. Divvy makes it really easy to manage all of my company transactions and ensure that they're all properly documented with receipts so I can stay in compliance with my company policies. It would be nice if it texted us and allowed us to reply via text with the receipt and auto-match it. Also sometimes the merchant name is not what you expect it to be, so it can be hard after the fact to manually figure out that "Soup Poet LLC" is actually "Johns Sandwiches". Divvy provides extremely easy access to get people access to company funds, provides a tool for them to be compliant with our finance policies, and also manage our internal budgets. I like that I now have all my company credit cards and expense reimbursements streamlined in one place that's easy for me to use as an administrator, and easy for my team to use as well. I want supervisors to be alerted as soon as one of their staff submits an expense for reimbursement and a reminder to be sent if it's still open after a week. Stuff like that.
