I've been builing sites since 1999 and used to code everything by hand. It's easy to use and if I get in a bind, they have superior customer and tech support. It's a realiable WP builder and integrates with so many plugins and third party products seamlessly. It's really great. **What do you dislike about Divi?** It can be slow to load and save when I make changes. The code can get big and having a cache plugin is very needed to help my sites load faster. I don't think the tutorials are very good, so I usually have to go to YouTube to find answers. **What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using Divi for several years now and they really pay attention to feedback. Divi has come a long way from just a year ago. They have solved so many problems for me they are too many to list. Ease of use, new improved modules, more integrations with plugin and e-commerce. I'm self taught over about 8 years now I think it is and help others with their website as everyone's amazed at what I've built for my own businesses. From having limited knowledge, and being charged a ridiculous amount by developers, and being unable to make updates myself, to now running multiple websites, making instant updates, where I actually enjoy the creativity that goes with building a website, it's chalk and cheese. Plus, the support is generally very good. They come back to you reasonably quickly (I'm used to WPEngine where it's pretty much instant so the bar is set very high!), and you'll always find the answer and fix any problems. There's also lots of plugins and partners so it's easy to implement lots of extra features. I'm on the websites daily and it's one of those things that the more you're on it, the better you become. **What do you dislike about Divi?** Can't say there's much I don't like about Divi. At times it can become sluggish and "sticky" where I may need to restart my laptop and clear caches but that's about it. **What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps you build websites from scratch, intuitively. You can take any templates that are prebuilt and tweak them or build yourself from scratch. It saves me money in the long run, and I get a website designed to my standards. And I'm very fussy. ### 7. Using Divi Builder, I was able to make enormous improvements of my firm's website, and when I recently hit a horrible snag that I could not seem to fix, the Divi support staff were exceptionally helpful and really stayed with me until my issue was fixed to my entire satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Divi?** For a non-developer, Divi is not a plug-and-play system in the way that was true of the other two platforms that I have used. But Divi provides a much better site that looks truly professional. They relly go the extra mile to spoil their - in my case sometimes technically overwhelmed - customers. So fast and so on the point. And so polite. There are a lot of possibilities to choose from and most of it is easy to use. **What do you dislike about Divi?** I consider myself as a web design beginner, the "hero section" layout and how to keep it beautiful and readable on mobile is a challenge for me. But: I just avoid it with another layout and I guess it's even more modern :-) It takes some focus time to learn. However I have only required there support once which just goes to show how good their platform is. **What do you dislike about Divi?** The one issue I have is making the building modules wider on the page. However I believe this is to help make the websites look good across all platforms. Some looks on Desktop might look great but due to the width set it might look bad on Mobile, so I don't blame DIVI for this. Or I might be completely wrong and you can make the modules wider. Divi and Elegant Themes are highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Divi?** If there is one gripe ( and this is small ) I have requested the removal of the automatic insertion of values suffix ( px, em, rem ) when entering values. It happens automatically and quickly defaults to px when I usually require em, I don't understand why that feature is there. They require CSS to fic fo mobile Full-width heder buttons. The FWH module allows for 2 buttons. getting these 2 buttons to horizontally centre is impossible with CSS. that's just crazy. Limited model options. Out of the box, the module options are limited Divi AI. just doesn't work. Use it on a daily basis for lots of clients. I like the 1 click install for demo templates - ease of integration! The theme builder options and since then I love the way we can make templates for blogs, products & projects with dynamic content fields. So easy implementation for clients to post their content that way.
