Their platform is easy to use, really quick to get up and running, and delivers impressive results by automating the dispute process. I personally really get a lot of value out of the alerts and the customer service is some of the best i've experienced in the industry. It’s a must-have solution for any eCommerce brand wanting to maximize profit retention. **What do you dislike about Disputifier?** They are optimized for high volume larger brands. You'll still get value out of the product if you're a smaller brand <$1m/yr, but Disputifer really excels for larger brands **What problems is Disputifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Disputifier is helping us with chargeback management. Chargebacks are such a time intensive process that automating them is such a time save. I also really like their new fraud prevention product which allows us to centralize fraud and chargebacks under one platform. ### 2. It also allows for alerts to help you deal with chargebacks before the bank ever issues them. The founder, Mark, has been a pleasure to work with and is responsive with anwering questions. **What do you dislike about Disputifier?** All SaaS products have pro's and cons, I'm sure there may be some areas of improvement but frankly it's been a very hands-off process for me so I don't have much to comment on. **What problems is Disputifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fighting chargebacks through automation.
