Some of the built-in packages are a little basic and buggy, so it's hard to do the backups the way you would want to. It is rather slow sometimes and it hangs up every now and then. It's a closed system, so the price of the product is the price of the hardware it arrives with. It's not cheap because it only works on the Synology NAS systems. Support is adequate because there is comprehensive documentation. There are no AI features built into the system directly. Only 3rd party AI system can be implemented. It's really basic. You have to constantly stay on top of it to make sure it's not breaking. Especially if you are using the HyperBackup feature.
