I find the DISCO Platform helpful for organizing and filing files from attorneys who leave our firm. It provides a quick way to set up files and move information over, making it easy to find files and emails under attorneys' names, which helps us keep better records. Once I got the proper training, I found it easy and efficient to use. There's lots of DISCO training available, making the platform even easier to use. My team seems to love DISCO as well. The search system does not always capture everything and takes some creativity in search prompts. Also, the tagging used to default to tagging a document's attachments when I tagged a document, and it no longer does this by default, which is frustrating to remember to turn on every time.
